Doggie Sprinkles Review

Ever heard of seasoning for dogs? No? Me neither. It's my first time being actually introduced to this sort of product so at the same time I was curious and fascinated. I should really come out of my hole and be aware of the new innovations in the pet food industry.

So mine actually came in these zip lock pouches. In reality they come in a 2 Oz bottle.

There are five flavors available:
  • Shrimp
  • Salmon
  • Duck and Pea
  • Roasted Peanut
  • Chicken Liver
About the product:
These healthy and nutritional supplements enhance the taste of your pet’s food while adding a healthy boost of protein. Just a few sprinkles on your doggie’s food will turn a finicky eater into a Clean Plate Club champion!

The Duck and Pea flavor.

The Chicken Liver flavor:

The Roasted Peanut flavor:

The Salmon flavor:

The Shrimp flavor:

Now, this product claims to give protein boost which I can say is made of 100% of their flavor. It also states that this improves the taste of pet food and can encourage even the most finicky eater. The smell of product is somehow "flavorful", that's the best way I can describe it and somehow it's the same with the scent of seasonings which we use for our food, only a tad stronger.

Now, I tested this out with my Japanese Spitz dog: "Snipey" whom you probably met in my other review about dog food since he's the pickiest eater.

I tested this out by sprinkling in dry dog food and then mixing it up with a spatula that I recently bought from the pet store. Sometimes he would only finish half of it but with the Doggie Sprinkles, he ate them all! Now miracles can really happen... Make sure you thoroughly mix it as my dog prefers the one with the most sprinkles and leaves the rest of the food.

This is highly recommended if your dog is a finicky eater. They also have these for cats.

Other products include treats like Sweet Little Butterpup and Treatsmart which I was not able to try so I can't give my assessment.

Have you tried this product? Let me know your thoughts!
